| Our friend Terry arrived from Canada in the late afternoon, and he is staying with us this visit. So, of course, he was welcomed with local rum drinks at the Bamboo Bar in our back yard. |

| It was a beautiful day with dramatic skies. |

| For a moment each evening the setting sun lights up the palm trees a beautiful golden color (which, sadly, isn't as impressive in photos as it is in person). |

| The super calm water was perfect for the two people we saw on stand up paddleboards. |

| For dinner we went with a few other friends to Ella's Cool Spot, the newest restaurant in the village. |

| At the restaurant already were Donald and Lillian, a lovely older couple that Terry had met on his flight from Belize City to Dangriga. So, of course, we invited them to join us for dinner. |

| Cara (and Terry, thanks to the influence of his vegan daughter) both had veggie tacos. Others had chicken tacos and fresh fish dishes, and everyone loved their food. Ella even gave our table a couple of complimentary lionfish ceviche appetizers! |

| After dinner we headed to Windschief Bar so Terry could say hello to the owners, Pam and Oli. Of course, it's rare to go to Windschief without Eric playing a little foosball, and he took on Yuri this evening. |
