10-2 to 10-4-2026 Jane and David’s Wedding Weekend

More and more, weddings are no longer a single day - they are turning into wedding weekends, and this one was no exception. There were welcome drinks Friday night, then the wedding and reception on Saturday, plus a casual brunchy Sunday Funday! Our friend, Jane, and her fiancé, David, had their lovely wedding weekend at a gorgeous venue called Emerson House in LaPorte in northern Indiana.

Weekend: Welcome drinks on Friday, the wedding and reception on Saturday, and a casual hangout day on Sunday.

The Weekend in Photos

The wedding day was a little chilly, but thankfully bright and sunny.

It was a lovely outdoor wedding ceremony.

Guests could sign a photo frame, and the wedding party and ceremony info were printed on both sides of a cute fan (or sun shade as they functioned on this day).
