7/18/2024, Thursday - Biked to Thursday & Main Free Concert

There are loads of fun, free things to do in Buffalo during the summers, and the Thursday & Main concert series is just one example. We biked there after work and met the neighbor (our new friend) and his girlfriend to enjoy the concert.


Back to Main Street downtown Buffalo.

The familiar white Electric Tower, plus a statue of "The Hiker".

Our entertainment this evening was A Potter's Field, then Willie Nile.

The concerts are held in Fountain Plaza downtown, and apparently the area we were standing gets turned into an ice rink during the winter.

Normally drinks are expensive at events like this, but they were surprisingly very affordable here.

I believe this was the headliner, Willie Nile. We enjoyed them.

After the concert we biked over to an Indiana restaurant called Buffalo Tikka House.

We all shared three vegetarian dishes (including a lentil dish and a spinach dish), though this is the only one we got a photo of - Vegetable Korma. Everything was delicious!
