8/7/2024, Wednesday - Biked to two free concerts

We are suckers for free concerts (and free festivals, street fairs, etc.), and luckily Buffalo is full of them in the summertime. We are trying to take full advantage of this during our stay.

After work we biked over for the free Live at Larkinville concert at Larkin Square. We met our new friends Brian and Michelle there.

It was Buffalo's Last Waltz Band playing Bob Dylan and The Band songs, and they were very good!

We all got a little something to eat from the Cheesy Chick food truck.

After the first concert ended Michelle went home and we biked with Brian to River Fest Park for more live music than ended later. They were good, but it was hard to compare to the first band.

Right across the water is Buffalo Riverworks, which is a very cool venue that we visited when we first arrived in Buffalo.
